Social Media Manager

Position & Purpose Summary

The Social Media Manager will be a crucial member of the Skyline Smiles team who relish the opportunity to think creatively and act tactically for the growth of the organization every single day. This role will be the social media marketing lead for the office, working to raise our online presence. You’ll contribute ideas and execute across all digital channels, owning marketing operations and lead gen efforts, all while shaping how the company thinks about digital marketing and what we believe can be accomplished through it.

Your Zone of Genius will be:

  • Developing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms—including email, web, social channels, sales and marketing ops tools, and company website—that amplify thought leadership, demand generation and enable effective lead-to-revenue processes for the company (e.g., be a crucial partner in driving new growth)
  • Have a primary focus on lead generation, specifically, owning new audience development and lead nurturing efforts across email, web and social platforms focused on effectively reaching and converting new prospects.
  • Creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and metrics reports on digital marketing activities that measure and analyze their effectiveness, providing recommendations and a plan to drive continuous improvement.
  • Day-to-day management of social media platforms, website and outbound campaigns, including creating new content and monitoring existing marketing campaigns. This includes managing budgets for marketing and related campaigns
  • Serving as a key collaborator, working with the team to develop an effective and robust content strategy and connecting with social media outlets to achieve goals
  • Partnering closely with external partners/businesses on cross functional projects, including event planning, raffling goods/services and community engagement events
  • Experience creating, planning and executing such events (i.e. event planning experience) that may relate to the company’s social media campaigns
  • Patient experience coordinator, which includes patient surveys, follow up communication, responding to reviews and encouraging first hand testimonials from clients

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in social media marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and proven ability to execute against plans

Expertise leading and managing email, social media and digital advertising campaigns

Experience in photo/video editing and other media critical to digital marketing work.

Adept with LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Instagram Analytics

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant field of study

A strong commitment to brand and design – able to take an idea from concept to creation and through to digital execution while maintaining brand identity

Experience working in the healthcare industry is helpful, but not essential

Ability to keep pace in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
