What we're looking for:
- You are friendly and personable, you love working with patients and want to be sure that everyone is genuinely happy when they walk out of the door.

- Prior dental experience and working with Patterson Eaglesoft Software or Curve is a plus.
What you'll be doing:
- You're at the heart of all that we do.
- You will be one of the first impressions with patients, interacting with them before they meet the dentist.
- Handling all front desk receptionist duties including but not limited to the following: Patient check in and check out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co-pays, presenting treatment plans and much more.
Qualifications
- Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software or Curve
- Customer service experience
- 2 years dental front desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental coding
- Treatment presentation experience
