Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete patient registration or save time by completing patient registration before you arrive. Please also take a moment to review our COVID-19 Policies to familiarize yourself on how Skyline Smiles is keeping our staff and patients safe.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first visit to our office is dedicated to your comfort and to get you better acquainted with all we have to offer. Our caring staff will be here to greet you and walk you through each step along the way. At your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories, take digital x-rays of your teeth, evaluate your oral health, and provide an individualized treatment plan.
